A hidden gem with friendly vibes

The outdoor jacuzzi was a lovely surprise. The staff, especially Dani at reception, were always eager to help. The pool area was immaculate.

Our first night was disrupted due to loud entertainment from a nearby bar. It would be great if they could improve sound insulation in the hotel rooms.

It is situated in the center of the town: not far from the station and the beatch.

Everything was perfect during 7 days, really enjoyed its great and lovely location really close to the very centre, the outskirts of lloret, and tossa de mar and barcelona. Family room I stayed at was brand-new with terrace.

The breakfast options were repetitive and didn't quite hit the mark, tending towards processed offerings that left much to be desired. Add to that the pool area felt cramped, lacking the space needed. Noise was an issue, especially at night, with sounds from the street piercing through poorly soundproofed walls, which didn't make for the best sleep. The parking situation was inconvenient, with a 10-minute walk required to reach the car after check-in, and it left me feeling misled about accessibility. Finally, the cleanliness of the outdoor areas could use some attention. A bit of sprucing up would go a long way to enhance the inviting atmosphere.

This was my second visit to Cleopatra Spa. Was very satisfied last year and so was I this year. Always satisfied to every visit. Would definitely be my hotel to all my future Lloret de mar visits. May I take the opportunity to thank all the staff who were very helpful and the cleanliness they keep to make the holiday of their residents a peaceful stay.

Really close to the airport, 16 miles. There was a sunny balcony in my room. Dine at Restaurante el Gaucho, which is located within 600 feet from the hotel. I had fun in the pool of the venue.

Nothing not too like.

The heated swimming pool was great, but the walls were thin, causing disturbances.

We were a group of 18.. the food was excellent.. Location is in the heart of the shopping area.. I will defenitly go again !

Staff is helpful, location is good, pool, jacuzzi and sauna are good assets.

The room's upkeeping (e.g. Tiling) can be improved, TV is small and set too high.

During our family holiday, the interconnecting rooms worked brilliantly for us, allowing everyone space and comfort. My children loved the spa bath. The pool area was often quiet, giving us plenty of time to relax without crowds.

breakfast options needed improvement.

We had a very nice holiday to stay there.The room was very good furnished, cleany, sunny and has the bathroom with whirpool. Of course there was a daily cleaning service. The hotel has a big swimingpool on terrace with big whirpool and deckchairs all around, which are free of charge. We paid full food board and it was excellent, every day different sortiment and very tasty. I fatten out about 2kg for a week :-) I totaly recomend you this hotel.

We have quite bad weather and the hotel was full of Deutschland teenagers, so they made noise...especialy at the night.

Nice and friendly hotel staff, rather quite which is difficult to find in Lloret, huge jacuzzi bath.

Our balcony was facing construction area. There was an unpleasant urina smell from the bathroom even though it was clean, we suppose someone relaxed while taking jacuzzi.

I was really impressed by how quick the staff were to help with our late check-in and how much I enjoyed the sauna and heated pool during my stay. The only minor downside was that the breakfast could have had a bit more variety. If you get a chance, definitely try the massage service – it’s a perfect way to unwind! 😊
